B:seepel ELICITOMONE
Studies in the past have revealed an important relationship between plants surviving in nutrient poor soils and luxuriant leaves. This is due to the presence of nitrogen fixing organisms in the phyllosphere or the leaf surfaces. Azotobacter and Bacilli are predominantly found on the leaf surface vegetation.
After a decade of research in agriculturally useful micro organisms our company Kan biosys, has developed liquid biofertilizer for foliar application for the first time in the world. This is produced by a novel patented process by step level aerobic fermentation and unique formulation technology. The product called as ELICITOMONE consist of dormant forms of two species of Azotobacter and Bacillus.

Mode of action
The dormant forms of Azotobacter called as the cysts and dormant forms of Bacillus called as spores on reaching the leaves germinate to produce fresh batch of colonies of vegetative cells. The cells use up carbon and moisture from the leaf exudates and fix nitrogen. They have a competitive advantage as they are dependent on plant only for the carbon source. The cells multiply after finding favourable sites near the stomata or the base of the leaf hairs or at the depressions of the leaf surface to form colonies. They secrete plant growth promoting substances like auxins, gibberellins, cytokinins etc, vitamins of B group, amino acids and certain antifungal metabolites. Spraying ELICITOMONE is like implanting small factories of microbes on cells which spontaneously provide useful metabolites to plants. As the leaf surface has lot of stress conditions, effective numbers of sprayed microbes can be found upto 3 weeks after which repeat bacterization if necessary.

These strains predominantly produce
1. Plant growth promoting substances like gibberellins ,heteroauxins and cytokinins.
2. Polysaccharides.
3. Vitamins of B group.
4. Antifungal metabolites.
5. Amino acids.
ELICITOMONE is a research product of our DSIR Recognized R & D [ Regn No. TU-IV/RDI/2875/2009]

Benefits
1. Vegetative vigour and vitality.
2. Profuse flowering and fruiting.
3. Bumper crop
4. Certified and registered in 5 countries.

Typical Analysis
ELICITOMONE is a liquid formulation containing two strains of Azotobacter and Bacillius. These bacteria are in their dormant forms and are suspended in clay based liquid formulation with patented activator technology.

Storage and Handling:
1. Contains live microbes.
2. Do not mix with bactericides.
3. Store in a cool dry place away from heat and sunlight.
4. Bottle once opened should be used immediately.
5. Non-toxic, environment friendly, residue-free.

Facts:
1. Nitrogen fixation by ELICITOMONE microbes in enhanced in presence of carbon source and various elements like Calcium, Magnesium, Ferrous and Molybdenum.
2. Under high humidity and rainfall it is better to use ELICITOMONE with non-ionic stickers.
3. ELICITOMONE microbes provide plant growth promoting substances which improve growth of the crop. So it is necessary to maintain the soil in optimum nutritional status.
4. ELICITOMONE is compatible with most of the micro-nutrients, fungicides and insecticides in tank mix concentrations. However, a jar test is recommended for testing.
5. ELICITOMONE is also compatible with sea-weed extracts as they are a good source of alginates or gums.
6. ELICITOMONE is also compatible with useful vitamins and plant hormones.
7. Do not freeze the bottle of ELICITOMONE.
