Experience: Experience in bacterial fermentation for Fermenter [capacity 15L/100L/1000L] handling and monitoring bacterial fermentation. The job profile requires working in 3 shifts.

  • 2-5 yrs experience in bacterial fermentations.
  • Chemist for QC of biochemical /micronutrient-formulations.

Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology/ Industrial Microbiology/ Biotechnology.


  • Responsible for developing, driving and implementing marketing activity.
  • Developing and overseeing the marketing plan.
  • Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
  • Utilize data and dealers/farmers insights to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share.
  • Prepare product / crop strategies as per the geography.
  • Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.

    Launch of New Products:
  • Successfully launch new products.
  • Identify product/ therapy opportunities in short, medium and long term.

    Desired Profile:
  • Previous experience working as a marketing manager/product manager/crop manager would be a strong advantage.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in Crop protection industry (preferably MNC).

  • MBA - Marketing.
  • Proficient in all agri - channel marketing.
  • Well versed in establish Marketing Development activities in Kan biosys.
  • Should have knowledge of important crops in India.


  • Good Communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel. power point etc.
  • Undergraduate with 1 year experience, graduates with or without experience.
  • Dealer, farmer calling.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Maintain MIS reports & update the management on the status of all the prospects.

    Desired Profile:
  • Previous experience working call center/BPO would be a strong advantage.

  • Any Graduate.

  • Addressing orders as per targets from collection to dispatch.
  • Recovery status.
  • Stock at all godown.
  • Stock at dealer counters.
  • Government regulations for all godown licences.
  • Sales return management.
  • Link between the accounts and dealers and sales staff.

    Qualification :
  • MBA in logistics.

  • Experience of 5 to 7 years in agri-inputs.

    Job Description:
  • Job involves travel for 7 to 10 days per month.


Location : Gujarat, North Maharashtra, Sangali, UP

  • Conduct methodically institutional and Farmer level filed trials.
  • Prepare product/ crop strategy as per geographical location.
  • Educate farmer on technology solutions.
  • Regularly host farmer groups to provide technical training workshops.


Location : Pune

  • Meet sales target with international clients through exports.
  • Liaison with overseas customers and be in their list of Best supplier.
  • Identify prospective international clients to grow export market.
  • Co-ordination of international Fairs / Exhibition activities.

  • MBA – International Business.
  • Degree in Agriculture.

  • Experience in Agriculture, Bio fertilizers, Bio pesticides preferred.
